Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using the RunSweden iOS application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Service Description

RunSweden is a race discovery and planning platform for running events in Sweden. The app displays race information sourced from public race calendars. Race details, dates, and pricing are provided for informational purposes — always verify with the official race organiser before registering.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete Account.

4. Subscriptions

RunSweden offers a Pro subscription at 79 kr/month or 599 kr/year (with a 7-day free trial on the annual plan). Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store in-app purchase system and are governed by Apple's terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

5. Free Tier

Free accounts can browse a selection of races and save up to 3 races to the watchlist. Upgrading to Pro unlocks all races and features.

6. Race Information Accuracy

Race data is sourced from public race calendars and updated regularly. RunSweden does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of race information. Always check the official race website before registering.

7. Prohibited Use

• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app.
• Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions.

8. Intellectual Property

RunSweden and all associated branding, design, and content are owned by RunSweden. Race names and trademarks belong to their respective organisers.

9. Limitation of Liability

RunSweden is provided "as is". We are not responsible for race cancellations or any decisions made based on information in the app. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
